From the moment I called Dove Storage for information about renting a unit until just now when i finished leasing it, the customer service has been excellent. I initially spoke with Clouie who was very pleasant and efficient and followed up with me to answer any questions I had and to arrange an appointment to see a storage unit. Today, I spoke with Cody who was also very pleasant, very efficient and organized and helped me secure an interior unit for the size I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the storage facility and units and the leasing process. He was able to guide me seamlessly through the leasing process in a manner of minutes. It was a very positive experience.

Rented a space to park our RV. Very nice area for vehicle parking. Gravel lot with 12 x 40 spaces. Giselle was very helpful in working with us to get the spot we wanted. Great customer service on her part. We’re hoping to be long-term tenants at this facility.

I’m very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of this company. There was a little bit of miscommunication in the beginning of me renting a unit. They were offering a promotion of the first month being free when I signed up. Even tho I signed up at the end of the month they still let me have a full free month. Liza took care of me and after having a conversation with her supervisor, Cody they waived the following months rent off of my account. Thank you Cody and Liza. Will definitely be referring you to my friends and family for storage services.

Not gonna lie, I had a few issues with the new management, but thankfully they hired the right person. After speaking with Cody, he was able to address my concerns and went above and beyond from a customer support perspective. I’ve been using this location for many years, even prior to the new ownership, and I never had any issues with the location itself. They have updated the access control and security system, so I can see they are investing in doing the right things for the customer. As I mentioned, all of my issues were resolved by Cody. The reason behind the five-star rating is 100% because of the way he conducted himself, his professionalism, and how he not only sounded but also showed that he cared about my concerns.
