I needed a storage site for my car- needed it quickly! A close friend referred me to Joe at Storage Rentals of America in McAfee, NJ. I reached out to Joe and explained that I needed a place to park my car that was covered and safe from the inclement weather. I explained that my car had been damaged: the back glass was shattered and the car was open to the elements. Joe assigned me a unit large enough to park my car, set my gate access code, and setup credit card payments all within 10 minutes. I was even able to sign all of the lease paperwork via email. Talk about friendly? Customer service? Good value? Check all of those boxes! From the time that I made my phone call to Joe, until the time I was pulling my car into the garage, was honestly under an hour. Once my car has been repaired I probably won’t need to keep the storage bin; if I did? THIS is where I’d go. Zero hesitation.

The manager Joe M. At the hamburg location always goes above and beyond for me. I never have to worry about security either, everything is locked behind the gate with security cameras. This is a great company with amazing customer service.

There may be other storage facilities in the area, but SROA is the only option for our family. They have been so wonderful to deal with every time we have needed additional storage. The units are always clean and the extra touches like the carts for moving things in and out are greatly appreciated. But by far, where SROA knocks it out of the park is their Property Manager, Joe Micallef. There were some complicated logistics on my end figuring out our rental needs, and Joe was so patient and extraordinarily helpful in explaining the options to me and made the process incredibly easy. Joe is truly an asset to SROA and its customers!
