I’ve been renting from extra space storage for five years and I only had the most amazing experiences. Extra Space Storage was a super smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. The place is spotless, well-lit, and organized — the kind of facility where you walk in and immediately feel like your stuff is in good hands. The staff/manager were genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. They took the time to explain the options, helped me figure out the right unit size, and were great about finding a solid rate without any pressure or runaround. You can tell they know what they’re doing, and they actually care that you leave happy. Big plus: access is simple, the unit was clean and ready, and everything felt secure and well-maintained. If you need storage and don’t want a headache (or any surprises), this is definitely the move.
