I want to leave this review for Nick at Public Storage. My husband and I have a storage unit here, and my mom has another one. Every time we come in, Nick greets us with a smile and a great attitude. He’s always helpful, patient, and easy to talk to, which honestly makes the whole experience so much better. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the people he helps. Customer service like this is rare, and it truly makes a difference. Thank you, Nick!

Victoria is AMAZING!!! I just came from a stressful long distance move. Haven't had the opportunity to use a storage facility before. Mrs. Victoria eased any and all concerns I had. She was very patient explaining the Leasing Process, informative and most of all polite. I had a lot of questions and let me tell you, she has the patience of a saint. Very let down with this faculty. I won a unit at auction and ended up purchasing it for a couple months. First complaint is the amount of mice/rat activity is unreal. I know there are bait boxes but they aren’t working. 2 the snow and ice. My door was blocked and the road between all the units was a straight sheet of ice. Spoke to person working there and nothing they can do. The amount of money that place makes it’s sad that they do not make sure the place is safe. As for the doors to the units I am told they don’t clear them. Paying over $200 a month and this is what you get. Other facilities make sure the place is in great shape this Public Storage failed when it came to cleanliness and safety for customers.
