Manager on site very friendly and helpful. Arranged a storage unit within same day. Went with me to inspect the unit, and with my satisfaction I signed the lease.

I was surprised at check in with the mandatory requirement to purchase insurance, there was no mention when I made my reservations on the internet, I probably would have shopped around. The storage facility is in a good location, well maintained and is clean and well lite. I rented a 5' x 10' unit which is in a great location, but every time I go into the unit I have to clean up the pieces of insulation that keeps falling from ceiling.
