Public Storage - Morris Plains - 2860 Route 10

This is the best storage facility in Morris County. The units are clean and the staff was very helpful. The employee Mike was knowledgeable and my moving transition easier.

I have used this location for most of the 10yrs that I've been in the area. The prices are reasonable and the staff, while often changing, have been consistently trained in customer service excellence. I have not had any problems over the years and any concerns have been politely and professionally addressed. On a busy Saturday you might have to wait for one of the approximate 4 storage carts but it's not the norm nor are the waits unbearable. The 2 elevators are large and quick. The premises feel safe, even during dark winter evenings. The gate hours are very convienant and you can find supplies for all of your packing needs in the store front.

I have used several public storage places over the years throughout the nation. I must say that SHAKA was easily one the best people (employees) that I have ever encountered during these stays. He was supremely cordial, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. It was such a indescribably wonderful experience. Someone should certainly promote this young man. He exemplifies the true definition of customer service. The property as a whole was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this location.
