I wish they would've told me about the Internet feels the first time that I came in with a save the second trip back

Public storage makes the whole process of storing anything hassle free and their facilities are very clean and secure. The only complaint I have is that they jacked up the rent 15% on me once in Hoboken and there was nothing I could do except leave.

I have never used or needed a storage unit before so from the start to finish I have to say this was so much easier than I had anticipated. I did the research online and the website is very easy to follow with helpful videos to assist you in choosing what size you will need. A day or so after I reserved my unit for my anticipated move in date Chris called to confirm and to see if I had any other questions. Chris said he would call again before move in to check on me and see if there was anything I needed and confirm a time again and he did. The day I arrived very close to the scheduled time and was greeted by Chris and a couple others who asked me a bunch of questions to make sure i had reserved to right size. We went around to look at the unit and signed tge paperwork. It was very easy and everyone was extremely helpful. Chris and his staff want to make sure that everything will be perfect for you. I do recommend this facility for anyone looking.
