I’ve had a few unexpected things come up that caused some late payments, and every single time they have treated me with nothing but courtesy, understanding, and genuine kindness. In today’s world, that level of customer service is rare. I’ve worked with both managers at the Lakewood and Route 37 Toms River locations, and both experiences were truly phenomenal. They went above and beyond for me, and I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism and compassion. It’s reassuring to do business with people who actually care. Highly recommend! It’s an amazing experience to know you can go into the office address any concerns and even when you’re done and the concern is addressed to your full satisfaction and explained with patience (thank you for that Joe) they come back to meet you at your container to make sure everything was good and inquire if anything else can be done or was needed. This is amazing service at an amazing facility. I’ve been here for a while… so I know.

Very easy to navigate. Clean facility. A little pricey if you ask me, but that’s not just here. It’s anywhere. I would recommend this place to anyone if you need to store some things. Joe was excellent and helped us open and close our accounts. Lovely gentleman.
