Catelin called me about the parking stall lines issue I reported and was very helpful. She said shewould bring it up at the next meeting and understood the importance of proper parking in the lot. I also stopped in the office the next day to discuss my bill and she was very helpful and friendly. She’s a great manager for the property.

Just left the facility and had to write a review. Catelin was awesome! She was very friendly and showed me multiple units to be sure we had what we needed to suit our storage needs. I was going to check out another facility but decided to rent here because of Catelin, she talked to me about safety concerns showed me cameras and explained how the codes work to get in and how it’s limited to your area. The facility was clean and easy to access.
