For all and all it was a good place. It was always kept cleaned and the help was fantastic. When I first rented my storage unit it wasn’t extra space storage. I got a deal, guarantee X-amount of money for as long as I continue to rent and 24-7 access which I loved. The people there were also very nice and they kept it cleaned, with that said I also had a mouse problem. When extra space storage took over they stopped the 24/7 access which to be honest anode me because I worked 2 jobs and the only time I could get to storage was after there posted closing time. They also redid the contract which I wasn’t guaranteed the price I agreed on when I signed up. They however took care of the mouse problem and unfortunately they kept increasing the rental price to the point that it was almost double of what my beginning rental was. If you need a storage place that clean, secured and very nice people and don’t mine the price then this is the place for you. However if you’re on a budget then I would shop around.

Renting a Unit was very easy. We went into the office and it was very clean and organized. The female associate at the desk was very pleasant and explained everything to us as we are new at renting a storage unit. When we went to our unit, it was extremely clean. Putting in our key code was explained and was very easy. It definitely eased my mind to have had this experience be so easy!

My rent has almost quadrupled since I started renting a unit from extra space less than a year ago. What was a very manageable payment of just over $100 quickly became almost $500. On top of that, I discovered on my move out day that mice had made their way into my unit which is ironic as theres 2 mouse traps directly outside of the unit I was renting. Be wary of introduction prices because they will definitely go up faster than you expect.
