Alameda West was a good storage unit with great service, UNTIL, it was sold a month ago! Sadly, they let Marcos go as the manager when they purchased it. In one month, the entrance code box is broken, the back fence has been rammed and not repaired and despite what they say on their signage and website, no one is ever in the office during business hours! Nor do they answer their phone during business hours. They have reprogrammed the gate, allowing 3 seconds to get your vehicle in once it has opened. If you have a trailer or have to get out to put in your code, (which you have to do right now as the code pad is broken), there is not enough time. Weeds are growing up so tall you cannot see oncoming traffic when you exit. And worse, they raised their prices. So sad to see what has happened in such a short time.

Marcos! I’d absolutely amazing! He’s friendly knowledgeable, and kind. He explained the rental to us, allowed us to come back so he can attach our car carrier for us. So thankful to have met a great guy! Customer service is amazing!

I rented a truck from this location a few weeks ago and Marcos was so polite and helpful. We were on a tight schedule and he understood that and came through for us. Management did good by hiring this guy. We even overheard him talking to one of his Tenants and he sounded like he really cares about his job. Will recommend this location to any friends and family.
