Honestly, if the prices hadn't gone up I still would be utilizing the facility. It is clean and well kept. Nigel in the office is exceptional with his quick responses to any needs or concerns we had during our time renting our unit. He always puts a smile on my face with his great personality. We were greated warmly by Nigel when we came through the door. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. The place is neat and clean. The space we rented was clean, free of any debris. I like the double layer of security this establishment has as well as the locks for our storage unit.

The Staff are very friendly, especially Nigel. He's awesome. The place is clean and well-maintained. The reason I chose Extra Space Storage was because of their hours. You can go earlier than most other places and later than most other places, so it's got a bigger window of time. I wanted maximum flexibility. I have a climate-controlled unit. I wanted to make sure that none of my stuff would get damaged by extreme temperatures. But also, it's nice to go into your storage unit and you're not sweating to death or freezing. It's very pleasant, having a climate controlled unit has worked out very well
