Spoke to Josh in person regarding the rental of a climate controlled 10' x 10' storage unit. None were available at that time. He called me a few days later to tell me a unit had become available. We went to office to and filled out the required paperwork to rent the unit. Josh was very nice and very helpful with the process. After the paperwork was completed, he took us to see the unit and explained how to access the unit. Cannot say enough how nice, thorough and helpful Josh was for the entire process. He did an excellent job!

The place is conveniently located by I90 and 151 or 3rd Avenue in Rensselaer, Albany. The storage place I have is clean, well lit and secured. The admin staff are courteous and helpful. I am very happy with Mabey's.

I wanted a place close by to house my convertible since it doesn't get driven in the winter. I was on the wait list for the appropriate size garage for my car and when one became available, Josh let me know and was flexible in waiting for me to get there after work. He also made things quick and easy and my car is now safely parked for the winter. Thanks!

I rented an outdoor storage unit here for 7 months and never encountered any major issues. The staff was always friendly and helpful (shoutout to Josh who has been a great in assisting me) and the grounds were always clean and my unit was always accessible. I’d rent from here again if needed.
