Moving cross-country was stressful, but right from the first phone call - the entire process was uncomplicated and painless. Not having a clue about how big of a unit our entire house was going to fit into, Lea showed us several and helped guide us into the perfect unit. She eased our worries about the details of our moving truck and just made us feel welcome. Moving in during the rain - we were extremely grateful for the overhang that kept all of our belongings dry and for the availability of the carts which were so helpful that day and over the following year while slowly moving everything out. The location is perfect, the building is kept very clean and secure, and the parking lot well maintained. We were confident that our things were kept safe and had no safety concerns ourselves accessing the building. Lea was exceptional - answered questions, took care of us, made sure we had everything we needed, and engaged in conversation - genuinely caring. We are so glad we found this place and would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The Mabey’s storage facility on Rt. 67 is clean, secure, and well maintained, with convenient hours and a well-lit parking lot large enough to accommodate several people at once. What truly sets this location apart is Lea Morse, the facility manager. She has been incredibly helpful from day one, listening to our needs and making thoughtful recommendations to ensure we had the right size units. She is extremely responsive and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure her customers are taken care of. When I was looking for vehicle storage (which this location doesn’t offer), Lea personally reached out to other Mabey’s locations to check availability. We’ve rented with other local companies and, even though we had closer options, we chose this facility because of the outstanding customer service.

My hope is to convey the real experience of working with Lea at this location, and the benefits of choosing this Mabey's location. Let me begin by saying that Mabey's as a company was already a standout choice. Lea builds on this base, running this operation with care and interest in everyone who rents units here. This personal feel CANNOT be replaced. It is truly her x-factor, and the reason I knew immediately we should work with her. This particular location of Mabey's is truly top tier. The facility always looks and feels, on a deep level: clean, well-maintained, and above all safe and secure. We have been in and out many times over the course of several months. Everyone we encounter seems to carry forth the positive culture Lea fosters here, which benefits all tenants. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing climate controlled storage in this immediate area.
