This is a beautiful new facility: large, clean, conveniently located, and secure storage facility. The staff, John and Claudia, are both very helpful and knowledgeable.

Love the place, however, the lady who is at times there is extremely unprofessional. Constantly follows me around when I am in my unit, actually lifted and opened my unit when I was moving in (even after telling her my belongings were in there) and calls me numerous times when payment is due days BEFORE payment is due. She harasses more than a bank does for my mortgage with constant emails spams, calls, and text messages numerous times in a DAY morning, noon, and evenings. I have spoken to her CONSISTENTLY about this and she continues to IGNORE me by spamming me even further. I'm genuinely considering moving my items out of this facility all because of her.

Claudia was extremely helpful with our move in. Super impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and definitely feel safe with my personal belongings stored there. Also super happy with how nice and chilled/climate controlled the facility is as I have a lot of stuff that would not survive well in the heat. Very satisfied.

this place is fantastic and they have huge storage units 10x30 at the largest size and John in the front desk helped me he was extremely attentive , pleasant and just his good mood made my day! If you need any help ask for John he will get you squared away.
