Ron was very respectful, kind and friendly while taking care of my storage needs, he explained everything in plain English to me, he took me to view my unit, and showed me how to lock and unlock it. I went to Public Storage for the first time yesterday not knowing anything whatsoever about storaging, and that was my first experience having no clue how that works, so I was anxious, and the customer representative Nick was absolutely phenomenal. Not trying to exaggerate, service in this manner is very rare to come by and it is beyond professional and helpful simultaneously. Very well done job and I am satisfied with everything to the fullest. Bravisimo Nick. If there were more Nicks in the workplace everything would go much smoother

Today, Nick assisted me with obtaining a storage unit, and he was excellent. He showed me different units and thoroughly explained pricing, the contract, policies and insurance. Upon my decision, he promptly brought me to my storage unit. I am extremely satisfied.
