Awesome place really nice people. LeeAnn even called me to make sure I was still interested and to set up a time to meet up with her to check out the unit. Very friendly very professional, I'm made this choice.

Mabey's Storage on Rte 9 in Clifton Park was a great facility and located conveniently for my needs. The onsite manager Teresa was great to work with and very helpful. Their access hours worked out perfectly. The unit was in great condition and clean. We're also taking advantage of Mabey's international shipping capabilities, so they came and picked up our belongings out of the storage unit this week and are storing them in their warehouse for transition to a shipping container for overseas transit. So far, so good. They have been super great to work with and their moving crew was very efficient, professional, personable, and respectful of our items. Very happy so far!

Just rented a unit, and Lea was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful when it came to getting me checked in and explaining all of the “ins and outs” of the facility. Based on this interaction, I can tell that Mabey’s is not merely looking to collect the rent each month. They truly care about the security of your belongings, the upkeep of the facility, and their own employees. I paid extra for the 24 hour access, and Lea told me to “never hesitate to call the emergency phone number if there’s a problem with the gate.” This tells me that they are truly willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers.

All around a great facility. The staff is really friendly and helpful and prices are very reasonable. For most units your able to pull your car up to a dock and comfortably unload. They even have carts to help you transport your stuff from the car to your unit. The inside is clean and dry and I feel like all my belongings are secure and safe.

When I was moving from another state to New York, it was a 1500 mile trip. Everything including the size storage unit I would need was done over the phone. When I and my mover arrived everything was ready. I also liked the idea of paying the monthly rent using the Mabey's website. All in all I had an excellent experience and I am happy to recommend Mabey's for your storage needs. And finally, thank you to Josh for all his assistance.
