I was in need of storing my automobile for several weeks and I wanted to find the best option for safe and secure access and storage. I certainly found that. From my initial phone call to set up the storage to my call to move out, Mary Jo was very helpful and professional. The unit I had was extremely clean and allowed easy ability to get in and out. I know that when I need to store my vehicle again in the future, I will be a repeat customer.

If you are going to rent a unit from here don’t rent unit O6. I had a unit here for 3+ years. Paid everything on time and left my items here in perfect condition thinking everything was okay. Finally after getting my new apartment I went to clear out my unit only to find water damage. Both my bed frame and tv stand were ruined. When I called to see what I can do I was basically told I’m S.O.L because I can’t prove the damage was there before I put my items in. Mary jo was very rude and talking to me like I didn’t know English or what I was talking about. I sent over pictures and was told she didn’t see any damage. I have posted the pics below. I then asked if they could look at video footage from when I moved in to when I moved out and was told that the cameras wouldn’t pick up something like that. I’ve been up front and you can see just how clear their cameras are and to make it better I was an end unit right below a camera. I think this place is great if you have 0 issues. But as soon as there’s an issue they aren’t willing to work with you. If nothing else I learned to take pictures before storing items in any unit in the future.

This is the best storage facility in the Albany area!Mary Joe took great care of me! She went out of her way to ensure that I was a happy customer, and I am! Great customer service! A beautiful storage unit! Extremely clean for an outside storage unit, and you can tell that it’s very well-maintained! It is also a very secure property, the fence, cameras, and the keypad system, helped me sleep better at night! Also, it was super convenient to reserve my storage unit online, A quick easy document or two and my payment and I was all set to go! I've used many storage facilities in my line of work and Secure-it is the best around. I always felt my possessions were safe due to the security gates and cameras. The grounds and units are kept immaculately clean, are well built and are weather resistant. The staff, management (Thanks Mary Jo) and owners are friendly, available and helpful. Prices are great. They have a secure online payment system that makes paying for units a breeze. I can't say enough good things about Secure-it. Highly recommend!
