Do not use this storage unit unless you want your unit to be infested with mold, and never plowed door entranceways. They also increase the price on you every single month - do no recommend. The entire parking lot is a sheet of ice.

Chantelle couldn’t be any more helpful or friendly. She showed us to our storage unit and then when I wasn’t happy with the location, she found one that was much better for me. A pleasure from the beginning of the process till we said goodbye. You are very lucky to have her.

The place is dirty .. They don’t have proper carts for you to be able to move your stuff around. Then I have perfect credit with them . My card that I have on file there was hacked and I called explained it and they still continue to call and harass me. I have 2 units with them they took the other unit which mind you has increased in price twice within a year for what. I’m just done with people thinking they can just treat people like this place does . I have complained multiply times about the pee small the dirt everywhere. It was never like this before they switched owners
