I called the Public Storage 1-800 number after having much success with the Customer service representative I spoke to I was then immediately called by Abu and not only did he go above and beyond with all the questions I needed answered in such a professional fashion even the questions that people try to beat around the bush with and not answer he gave me answers and told me what to do in that event this man shows outstanding customer service. I will be completing my reservation on Saturday and Abu wanted to make sure that someone was going to be there at the time I planned on coming to the location which is great because in the past I have gone and there has been nobody there at the time so making an appointment is definitely a great way of avoiding that problem. I love the professionalism that he shows and the pride that he shows in his job and in making his customers happy. And just what a sweet good hearted wonderful person to speak with, I look forward to doing business with Public Storage just based on this interaction with Abu, if you ever need anything he is the person to call!

Linda, the clerk on duty, was very helpful and made the process seamless. Storage unit and common areas were very clean which is paramount imo. Highly recommend.
