Extra space in Massapequa is the best storage experience I ‘ve ever had! This location is the best I’ve seen thus far. It offers convenience to move your belongings in any weather condition. Come rain, snow or shine. Make no excuses and get the job done! Your valuables are protected within the massive garage that is set up to pull your Moving truck in with an app on your phone. The app opens the gate into a well lit loading dock! Genius! it’s like moving in style! Moving can already seem stressful , but this feature will make your life much easier. So come see the Manager Dan, whom is SUPER patient! Along with Justin who is always friendly! Whom are highly professional, attentive and understanding. They will find a unit suitable for your needs. I had a terrible experience at this storage place and especially with The manager Dan my place was broken into it's been 3 months I have insurance on it and I still haven't gotten paid every time I go there then hassles me and three places down from me what a surprise their place was attempted break into in the same row as mine and the girl had paintings in her place as well as well as I did that were expensive and Dan is the only one who knew this and when I went to get a cheaper place there Dan said no way when it was only $75 a month for two 5x10s so it would have been $150 a month instead he's charging me 399 a month real good and they still owe me $2,000 from the insurance when my place was broken into and it's still unsecured to this day and I'm still paying the insurance and I haven't gotten a nickel and yet they want to auction off my stuff tomorrow at 12:00 in the afternoon then a sentimental values I am a 55-year-old disabled Coast guard veteran and this is how I get treated by major companies when I could pay it all on the 27th of this month they should be ashamed of themselves . I am homeless at the moment. Dan is sneak in my opinion
