Fresh and clean, immaculate condition units and and top tier helpful service from Christian at this location! The equipment/space is all new and pricing is fantastic for the space and quality of service received. I am humbled as I write this - and admit that I swore I would not get a storage unit again to hold onto excess nonsense and throw money for “a couple months” that turns into years - if this tracks, you know who you are. I see you and adore you. So thankful I found this storage to spaciously hold the necessities for my work and off season clothing (:

The first thing to share is the service that Carlos provided was outstanding. He showed me several units that would accommodate my needs and was thorough in his follow-up. He did a great job. This is a brand new facility. I'm moving over from a Westys facility i was in for 20 years. Westys priced me out. This new CubeSmart facility has decent pricing. But, maybe you pay for what you get There is a difference between Westys and CS. 1. The floors are CS are carpet and get very dirty. I don't see the same level of cleanliness at the facility. I always saw a person cleaning the floors at Westys to keep the appearance very clean. It would be good to have someone vacuum the carpet daily. 2. The carts do not have a brake or wheel stop. It is annoying to have the carts keep moving around while you are trying load/unload as they roll and items can easily fall off. Also, the tall ladder to reach the upper storage area always in an aisle and in the way of trying to move the carts down the aisles. You have yo continually stop your moving and move the ladders that people just leave in the way. Someone should come out from the office and walk around to make sure the aisles stay clear, not to mention that is probably a major fire hazard to be blocking the aisles. 3. There are no light timers and lights in the unit are not bright. When you walk down a hall the lights go on automatically but when you step into the unit to work they go off too quickly and it gets dark and hard to see. Westys has timers you can activate for 20 minutes and then reactivate if needed if ypu need more time/light. You have to keep walking out of your unit and wave your arms to get the lights to reactivate. It is annoying and feels like CS is cheating out on the light/experience. 4. The HVAC isln the facility doesn't seem to blow very cool and it felt a little sticky the past couple of days. The office is cool but the main storage area doesn't seem cool enough especially on these hot/humid days. They could moderate the temperature more to be a little cooler and not so sticky. I worry about mold now. 5. The entrance where you load/unload cars has a lot of construction debris and broken glass and garbage. There are nails and screws and debris scattered about and so it looks very dirty. A car tire could easily get punctured from the screws all over the ground. Images attached. Basically an ok facility. The abovr are all easy solves if the team cleans up the debris by the entrances, vacuums daily, keeps the ladders feom blocking the aisles, and keeps the storage area a little cooler to not be sticky.

Signing up was easy and staff was helpful until they weren’t. I’ve had my unit for about 4 months and already have almost $100 increase on my rate. When I called to ask why it was so high I was told it was due to street value, so I asked when the street value goes down will my bill also decrease. Of course I was told it’s a one way road only to increasing price. The manager that called me was not very nice about it either. Terrible..

Great service…Andres took the time to show me several units that could serve my needs. The building is super clean with easy access to ample parking. Great pricing and near unlimited access to the units. No need to compare with other storage options !
