--- 2025/07/28 --- We moved-out of BRSS late last week and that process was very easy and mostly handled via text messages. BRSS has great technology plus they're new and clean facilities... highly recommend if you need off-site storage. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW --- We needed a storage unit near Rochester, NY and had to move quickly. Found BRSS via Google Maps and liked their website and technology enablements. I reserved and paid for a 10' x 25' unit all online. We arrived after-hours two days later and we were able to access our new storage unit without issue. This is a really nice new storage facility and super impressed by their technology enablements. This is how storage should be done. 🤩

Absolutely love this storage facility! Onboarding and offboarding was as simple as a phone call, facilities are clean and kept well with good physical security procedures. Any issues I had, the team was responsive and supportive to assist. Certainly worth using this facility for your storage needs. Will definitely recommend and utilize again if needed in the future!!

Great place! The owners made the process of securing a storage unit extremely easy. They were delightful to work with and when the time came when I no longer needed a storage unit, the Buffalo Road Self Storage staff facilitated a very easy end-of-contract. Awesome people and great storage area.

Not satisfied with my service! I chose this facility based off the customer service I received when I first rented a unit. In the time I have used their services there have been 2 fires (one on the premises and another a few feet away) and they did not reach out to me ina timely manner. Imagine seeing that there was a fire on the news and almost a week later NOTHING, no information or notifications. I only hope that no news means good news.

Very clean, well maintained property, secured with a coded gate! I was able to create an account from my phone and secure a unit with-in a few minutes and move my belongings in the same day. I had a non-climate controlled outdoor unit for 2 months, and my belongings were safe and dry when I moved out.
