We have been a loyal customer since 2023. Our unit has gone up about 4mths and supposed to go back up in February 2026 again. We went from pay $168 in 2023, and now we were paying $305 for the same unit 10x20. I was told before we moved all of our stuff out it would go up again in 2026. Do not trust this company because they will gouge the life out of your wallet. This unit was on William St South Glens Falls, Ny. Use Top Notch units they are way better!

She was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Today, June 2 I stopped at the South Glens Falls NY location and met Kim. She is awesome! She listened to my situation and advised me. She was professional, personable, knowledgeable, etc. My first call was the only call I needed to make thanks to Tamika and Kim at Extra Space Storage!
