I started renting in July 2025 and Richard gave me a "special" rate if I gave him $800 cash (which I did). He told me to come with the "rate increase" letter and he would "take care" of me again. My letter arrived this week and as of 2/28 my rate increase is 40%!!! A clear bait-and-switch which Richard had prepared me for (but not by 40%!!). For the past few months, the office has been dark/closed on weekends (no Frank and no Richard). AND since at least 1/16/26, the sliding door has to be opened by hand OR is left wide open for hours. These speaks to lack of SECURITY and poor MANAGEMENT (which would negate the lease agreement). I went by today (Saturday) to see if the door was fixed: it was not. The new on-site manager literally pulled the sliding door open for me! I He is a very nice young man, Elijah, and said the promotional rate for my unit is actually 20% less than my current rate (and the door would be fixed in a week or so). I am researching other facilities and willing to pay for security and honest managment. BEWARE!

Store Manager Elijah was very nice and friendly. Amazing customer support. Helped me through the process of cutting the lock and emptying out my storage unit. Would absolutely recommend StorQuest for anyone looking for a reliable storage service with the store manager Elijah providing top tier customer support.

I had a very disappointing experience with this self-storage company. I paid for a full year in advance, but started receiving bills after just 11 months. They also increased the monthly rate without providing the 30-day notice specified in the contract. After this, I immediately moved out of my unit and returned possession, yet they continue to bill me. Despite numerous calls and in-person visits to resolve this issue, I spoke with a manager who promised to return my calls but never did. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I do not recommend this self-storage company based on my experience.

My experience at StorQuest has been for the most part quite favorable. The manager, Elisha has also been very helpful and accommodating. Just recently, while exchanging summer/spring items for fall/winter, the elevators were not functioning. Elisha, offered to help me move my things to avoid making an additional trip. Nothing is prefect, but professionalism should never be compromised, and in this case, it was not thanks to Elisha.

This would have been a 1 star review - but it was saved by the exceptional customer care of Abbey. I've tried for 4 days to call and reach someone in the office, with an urgent issue for my small business. (we needed storage STAT). I was hours away from a massive delivery and had nowhere to put it. Abbey was professional, action oriented, understanding and effective. 90 minutes from our first chat, I was signing the paperwork to a unit! She redirected staff from another location to drive 30 minutes to meet me. EXTRAORDINARY effort by the Storquest team. THANK YOU!
