Signing up was a breeze. It was very convenient and easy to use and access. The issues come up when you’re done using the units and notify their team. I called 3 times to get an old unit off of my bill ( had 2 units). Still hasn’t been resolved. When I called, whoever answered seemed genuine and wanted to help and kept trying to get me in contact with who I believe is the manager Derrick. By the third time calling in Derrick finally called back and was very rude, I picked up the phone and said “hello” he said “can I help you”. He was very short and rushed me off the phone. I was confused since I was the one who got called and had no introduction. The gurley Ave location is neglected, broken glass up and down the halls inside the building, stuff left behind not being removed or at least cleared from the halls. Hopefully they get someone who cares!

The owners believe in customer service which is becoming rare these days. I rented a 10x10 at the Gurley Ave location in Troy. Site was clean, secure, and affordable. Thanks for everything Wayne.
