This place is incredibly expensive. There are people living in the unit making it feel unsafe walking through there. Can definitely get a better deal somewhere else. The ac inside doesn't work well and cameras are few and far between.

We received a message stating that a pipe had burst and that we needed to come and get our stuff. This message was sent a day AFTER the deadline. We were never able to even attempt to see what out of our stuff was salvagable. Afterwards, the management claimed they were sending a form to fill out for the insurance. We never received this paperwork after multiple attempts of them "sending" it out. We then asked for an email, it has been 3 weeks and still no email. This place is shady and scummy. The ONLY way we will get any kind of reparations will be to sue them in court. We lost basically anything of sentimental value because of their incompetence on top of thousands of dollars in materialistic items. They also sent another text out after we spoke with them about how ridiculous this is that said the same thing the initial messages did except at the bottom it said "sent *way before deadline*". They were obviously trying to cover their own incompetence by adding a false date to the bottom of the message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE THE THINGS YOU ARE PLACING IN THEIR TRUST!!!!

Booked everything online, was very easy. Had a hard time figuring out how to get into the building at first as there was no attendant but once we got in, no issues at all and good price!

Very friendly and curious employees. Fast service. Easy to use website. Nice clean facility. Easy access. My only complaint is charging so much for insurance, not being able to choose how much insurance you want to get and maintenance fees.

Very pleased with 10 Federal storage. We rented and did not have enough room. Had to call and quickly get another unit. They were great accommodating us. In just a few minutes had another unit close to the first one. Will use them again. They are a little pricey. Gotta clean out units quick.
