Clean facility, friendly management but the corporate office is sneaky and unethical. We rented a single parking space at this location for a trailer for $32 per month. All was fine for 6 months then suddenly we had an automatic draft for $61 in Oct 2025 instead of $32. I contacted Shawn and he contacted corporate. He said he was able to get corporate to only increase our rate by $10 making our new monthly rate $42. I never received a formal email or snail mail advising of this rate. I agreed to the $42 per month and within a week I received a mailer that’s stated my new rate would be $42 per month. I requested a refund for the overcharged Oct amount and Shawn said corporate denied my request. Then Novembers auto draft hit our account and I was charged $46 instead of $42. The invoice showed monthly rate = $46 instead of the agreed upon $42. I reached out again to Shawn and requested a correction and a refund but have yet to receive a response. We immediately canceled our parking space and won’t rent from a corporate office that does unethical business practices. Word of advice— if you rent here DO NOT allow auto draft.
