The location and the space are OK. What makes the deal is the people who work there Wendy and Jason are exceptionally oriented toward customer service, and go out of their way to make things clear to us as customers. Grateful for their service.

Do NOT rent here for these 3 reasons... 1. There are people living in the units. 2. They more than doubled the cost to $260/mo for a run down space that isn't climate controlled or properly secured. 3. When you move out, they continue to charge you & say that "getting you a refund is out of their hands". That it's up to their "manager". We moved out in September, were charged in October & I'm still trying to get a refund.

This place has reasonable prices compared to other storage places that have used. They also have a gate where are you punch in your code near the office that stops random people from coming through. They also have lights, which is not something you always see in storage facilities. The Guy in the office, Josh was very helpful in helping me find the right size unit to accommodate what I needed. He was friendly and knowledgeable and he really worked with me to get the best deal! I've had a great experience so far, love this place!
