Was a good deal in the beginning with fairly low prices and the discounts on the 1st couple months. I like the access to it and the size of my unit. After regular payments were going through my rent keeps going up and up. Up $100 from when I started with zero upgrades to the unit. Do not recommend. Also a nice touch they respond to the review saying to email them for help but then they never respond. Looks better for them when they actually offer help.
