Rebecca ChandlerThis is a great facility. Very convenient with a loading dock and several furniture dollies to use. I felt that my belongings were safe as there is a code for entry with an inner and outer door. If I ever need another storage unit this will be where I will go.

Definitely saved us in our bind, between leaving Florida, moving to Banner Elk, starting school and work, and finding a place here. Sorry our stay was so short, but if we have storage needs in the future we will definitely use them again! John is awesome! He should teach courses in customer service!

Joseph MichaelGreat access and unit space, safe location. Only hassle is having to repeatedly enter access codes to get through the double doors when you're moving a lot of stuff. A big plus is the delicious Puerto Nuevo Mexican restaurant directly in front of it!
