Really great experience. The process was quick, simple, and very user-friendly. I was able to access my unit even when the office was closed, which made things really convenient. The facility is clean and well maintained, and when I had a small issue, customer service helped me online right away. Everything went smoothly and I definitely recommend them.

Clean units, great cart availability and climate controlled storage at reasonable prices. Lots of great moving and packaging materials available. The code is secure and parking garage is accessible and nice. Our desk attendant Rebecca was very nice, helpful, and available. Really appreciated her help!

What a clean, well apportioned storage facility! They have plenty of carts and two large elevators, which made cleaning out a unit very easy. I didn’t have to bring any moving trollies and I never had to hunt around to find a cart because they were placed strategically around. And Rebecca was a delight! I genuinely appreciated that she was so easy to reach by phone, and so friendly and helpful.

Rebecca was incredibly helpful and kind. I moved in during a snowstorm and she checked in on me, texted me the info I needed and helped me switch to a unit that suited me better when I arrived. The enclosed, pull in, garage loading area is awesome (What a relief in inclement weather!) There are two elevators and several carts for moving your things. This location also plays the radio throughout the building which is nice as it can be weirdly creepy when storage buildings are silent haha. Also, I have really good cell service inside the building which is rare in some storage facilities. Thank Yall!

was already pretty stressed when I arrived due to personal issues and felt really confused about accessing my unit. I called an ended up with the Belmont location and spoke with an agent (I think his name was Brandon) who came off rude and wasn’t very helpful. I called back and reached the correct location and spoke with Rebecca. She was great — even came downstairs in the cold to help me get access to my floor and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly while I moved items into my unit. I really appreciated her help. My only confusion was thinking the app access would let me into the building, but it only works for the elevator and you still need your personal code. That was just my assumption, not an issue with the experience itself.
