There was an issue with how I reserved the storage room on line but she corrected it and provided me nothing but solutions along with valuable information on how everything worked on site with the storage room. She was very friendly, informative, and most of all patient. I wish all people took their position as serious as she did. I will definitely be referring people to do business at this location and to ask for her. This was an A+ experience

Always a great experience with Derika. My daughter and I have a storage unit there and we have changed to smaller units twice and Derika has made sure the transition is smooth and stress free. She is such a pleasure to work with that I feel like we related to her lol. There were no delays with anything, very professional and efficient.
