I had an amazing experience at Public Storage thanks to Leah. She truly went above and beyond for me. Even after closing time, she stayed to make sure I was taken care of and helped me get everything set up so I could safely store my motorcycle. Her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help meant a lot, especially during a stressful moment. Customer service like this is rare, and Leah made the whole process smooth and easy. Do not move your items here unless you want critters found in your unit full of closed boxes!. After informing management of the bent frame of my door, I found a dead tiny rat inside the door of my unit. They came and removed it and stated the exterminator will come to further spray and insect my unit. It is now 3 weeks and nobody has even reach out with an update! I repeated kept calling for an update to only be told I don’t know. This location clearly does not value customer loyalty, or has a retention plan. Terrible customer service for critical issues as such.

On Thursday I stood there from 1:20 to 3:30 and there was no one there. The office was closed and the phone wasn't answered. I tried calling until 6 pm but it was no use. I don't understand what kind of workers they are and what they get paid for - you'll lose all your customers like that. During my time there, 7 more cars arrived and they also couldn't get into the office to talk to an employee. They spat and left. One of them said that it's always like that here - the employees are out somewhere and are always absent from their workplaces.
