The way things have been delt with after the fire is unbelievable. Cleared out the burned units without giving us a chance to look for surviving items. Was told nothing made it... over a week later after many back and forth phone calls telling us one thing then not following through we were finally able to dig through the dumpster for our fire safe, (we were treated like we were being ridiculous for wanting to find it) which DID survive the fire aswell as many other things that are now ruined due to getting rained on for a week waiting for someone to allow us to look through the dumpster. Zero compassion from the owner just very cold and uncaring. Due to the owners rush to clean out the until and total lack of communication we lost far more than. The fire took. Edit to respond to response, all attempts on communication and actions have failed, fallen through or been postponed due to no one there being willing to talk about the real issues at hand here. Zero accountability, zero care or compassion from the owner and a complete lack of communication despite our consistent attepts. I'll update the review when my concerns are actually addressed.

The ladies in the office here are very knowledgeable so willing to help and pleasing to work with. I obtained a climate control air conditioning unit at this facility. The units are super clean super cold I felt very confident leaving my living room and kitchen belongings at this storage. My movers were pleased as well because they got to work in the air condition with getting everything stored. The storage unit also had 2 long hand carts in the bldg to place your items on from the truck and then simply roll them to your storage unit, which made things very easy for my movers. Thanks All About Storage I will most definitely be spreading the word about the outstanding customer service and experience that I had with All About Storage.

Getting older sometimes means that you are forgetful or have trouble physically with some things. I’ve come here before and received great service. Well once again I needed help. What size Uhall and many other questions. To here someone be so kind and patient and go the extra mile. All I can say is thank you Ms Nieasha. You made a tough time a lot easier.
