The rental process was smooth and efficient, and everything from paperwork to vehicle condition was handled with professionalism. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Highly recommend to anyone needing moving services or a storage location.

Terrible display of customer service from Matthew who expressed he “doesn’t get paid overtime” after expressed a couple traveling 2.5 hrs is coming to take over the unit. They were notified of this well in advance and they made it before the space closed. I advise management to run the camera back at 5:10 - 5:35 to listen to his display of character and disgusting demeanor. I’d never had any issue with this place until today and I am completely shocked and disappointed; I don’t mind updating this if and when management reaches out.

My first experience was 3 months ago with Matt. He absolutely saved our moving day. I just booked a u-haul here again and this time I had a lovely experience with Dakota. I cannot say enough good things about the staff that I’ve encountered at pinnacle storage. Both Dakota and Matt were an absolute treasure, they go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience. I tell everyone I know that if you’re booking a uhaul go to pinnacle, you won’t regret it! If I ever need a storage unit this will be the first place I go. The staff are kind and attentive, and everything about this place of clean and welcoming.
