Price is extremely reasonable
Easy and convenient to rent a storage. I only wish this facility had moving carts to make the move easy. Even if we have to rent the cart out, it makes the move in process less stressful. Overall I would still recommend.

Frustrating
The unit I got wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t easily accessible no Dollieﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s or carts to use and I couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t drive up to the unit. I did so much walking back n forth once I was able to finally get the code ti the lock on the unit to move in ﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ it was a very frustrating getting everything set with many phone calls n no one on site to help

Not what I expected
There are no employees at the storage unit. Just a large kiosk so that I could do all the work. I was given the last unit at the opposite end of the entrance and there arenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t any dollyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s or push carts at the facility so I had to carry heavy items, one by one. It took forever. I was also given a storage unit that is known to flood and was never given a choice to choose a different one.

Hi Dawn, Thank you for sharing with us. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. New tenants can choose to use our Kiosk, call our Customer Care, and/or move in using the online portal.  We give our tenants three simple choices for their convenience. If you find yourself having an issue with the Kiosk, you can give us a call. As for the dollies, dollies are inside each building for the tenant's amenity. We continually order more to make the moving process easier for tenants. Unfortunately, several tenants have taken our dollies and not returned them. We have not seen any leaks at our facility when it comes to a leak. We recently had a roofer come out who found no signs of leakage. Please get in touch with our Customer Care to go over the details of your move and possibly transfer you into another unit if you would prefer.
