I recently rented a storage unit here and had an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly, Rebecca went above and beyond to help me. I had mistakenly booked the wrong unit and didn’t realize it until after I made the payment. One quick call was all it took—Rebecca immediately resolved the issue and had everything perfectly arranged for. She politely greeted me on arrival and walked with me to show my storage unit. Units are nice and clean.Highly recommend!

Never obtained the storage, asked for a CC to hold a unit reservation. Called once I realized I was charged and validated the storage was never checked in. They refused to refund me for a storage that I never authorized or did not use. The reps promised me I would be refunded in 7 days and when I called back the next rep lied and refused to provide me refund. Will not recommend or do business with any other Public Storage due to their deceitful fraud practices.

I have been storing pianos here for years. The one time I leave a pieces outside of the unit, the manager tosses it in a dumpster then calls me to make me aware of it and charges me a fee. I had to climb in the dumpster to retrieve the piece and now it is damaged. If they were gonna call to charge me for leaving it, how come they would not call prior to throwing it away. I used to tell several of my clients about this storage facility. I will now send them somewhere else. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had.
