I cannot say enough great things about Shannon at Public Storage. From start to finish, she handled everything with such professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Moving and storage situations can be stressful, but Shannon made the entire experience feel seamless and reassuring. She took the time to thoroughly explain my options, answered every question with clarity, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with my decision. What truly stood out was her kindness and attention to detail. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and truly values her customers. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and smoothly, and that level of service is rare to find. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shannon was absolutely amazing! My original move-in date was scheduled for this Saturday, but due to some unexpected personal reasons, I needed access to my unit sooner. I came in about 20 minutes before closing, and Shannon still took the time to help me complete my application and personally walk me through the facility. She was professional, patient, and incredibly kind, never once made me feel rushed. The entire process was smooth and stress-free because of her. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Shannon, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this Public Storage location.

Nice clean place and Shannon is awesome. But PLEASE, get more than one cart for three huge buildings. Our last 3 visits we had heavy boxes and needed a cart, it (and I confirmed there is only ONE) and we couldn't find it. Thast was a PITA. Also, the remote gate opening seems to have stopped working. I've checked out of mine but a place this large should never have just one cart.

Don't even think of using this facility! The doors giving access have been broken since the day I rented my unit, and it has only gotten worse. Now the doors have do not enter tape and the only way in is thru a small door, around the front of the facility which leaves me on the 2nd floor - I am handicapped but need to walk the entire length of the building to elevators to get down to the 1st floor and repeat this circus with every item I need to put into my unit. BUT YOU HAVEN'T HEARD THE WORST YET- after renting for 2 months and finally finished loading my unit, I get an email saying my $40 rent is now $71 in 30 days!! Are they insane almost doubling the rent? $15 more a month would have been painful but $31 INCREASE??? And another issue - there's bathrooms but the doors are locked 100% with no access which they blame on "homeless"! If a pass ose is required to get onto the property and again to get into the building, how would homeless get access? The place is filthy, there's all of 2 carts available to move things from your car to your unit - meaning I'm standing around half hour waiting for a cart to bring things to my unit. And with this entire circus they're DOUBLING my monthly fee. Handicapped or not, I will take a week emptying my unit in this disgusting place, probably physically doing damage toy body and find a place that's not falling apart, is kept in good working order (with accessible bathrooms) and who doesn't double rated two months after moving in. To say this has been a total nightmare is an understatement.
