Pinnacle has very warm and informal staff upon arrival. There are numerous available units making pinnacle an ideal choice for anyone in a pinch, like I was! Furthermore, their units are very clean, doors easy to use, plenty of light, and affordable. Pinnacle was a great choice for our family.

Crystal was so helpful and friendly when my husband and I came in to get a storage unit! She offered to show us the unit before assigning it to us and it was VERY clean which we appreciated. Leticia has been very great and helpful every time I go there. Everything has been excellent. Update: Still great service and Leticia and coworker helped saved my day again. If you guys need good storage or a u-haul truck they are the ones you can count on. I reserved a u-haul truck and the U-haul company gave it to someone else under my name so I called Pinnacle to see if they had the size I wanted available and I explained what happened and the girls did help me a lot more than U-haul did.

Leticia was absolutely delightful. She showed us the different types of units and explained the different features. I explained my situation and she gave me suggestions on way to accomplish my storage goals. She thoroughly explained the details of the gate/storage access hours. She provided us with a map which I definitely needed when I went back the next day. The storage building looks and smells clean. She made it easy to make the decision to rent there.
