From start to finish, my experience with Cubed Storage has been great! Their website is super user-friendly, and I was able to reserve exactly the size unit I needed at the start and have been able to pay my bill easily every month! The facility is clean and conveniently placed and the owner met me at the unit to finalize the contract, went over all rules and guidelines... and it was all so simple! Now as we approach the end of this transaction, I'm leaving this review because he has been nothing short of a perfect landlord (if that's the correct term)!

Ben the owner is the BEST, he has great units for great prices. They are privately owned, and the emails and number go straight to him for the best customer service EVER. I recently had an issue and he was able to work with me, I have 2 units there!!! If you can't reach him right away trust me when I say he will get back with you very quickly. The units are clean and easily accessible. I would not go anywhere else for my storage needs. I would recommend him over any large chain. Thank you Ben!!!!

The rental process was streamline. I haven't rented many units, but this gentleman was very pleasant and friendly. Got us into our unit immediately since our other unit with U-Haul was an absolute disaster. I would recommend them to anyone.
