BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS! My wife and I rented/switched units in December of 2025, with the advertised price of $58 plus $15 insurance. For the first three months that price was accurate, then it jumped without notice to $122 per month plus $15 insurance. My account was just debited for $137 instead of the usual $73. When signing up the customer service rep told us that pricing changes happen at the end of the year and that we should be safe with keeping that price for the majority of this year. The reason why we switched units was precisely because the price of our unit (we've been tenants since 2024) had jumped significantly and the same exact sized unit down the hallway from ours was ONE THIRD the new price that they gave us in December. I tried to bargain with the customer service staff and ask to just honor the online price that was advertised. They didn't budge so we had to move our things to another unit just to get the better price. Only to have it last 3 months and now it's suddenly a 120% increase. This is absurd for a place that doesn't even have a dedicated staff member on site. Cost cutting measures for them, but "increasing overhead" was their reason. Cannot wait to move my things out.

This was my first time ever using a storage unit, and I honestly felt very confused and overwhelmed. It was my first day, and I even had trouble finding my unit and figuring out how to open the lock. Crystal was incredibly kind and helpful. She personally came outside to guide me to my unit and patiently showed me how to open the door and use the lock. She made sure I understood everything before leaving. Crystal is truly wonderful and so friendly. Because of her, my first experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for her help!

We booked a unit online for Leland South and at first we ran into some problems due to the unit being the wrong size and locked. Crystal who was running Leland North today stepped in and came to the rescue. She was able to complete all of our needs get our unit situated and provided great customer service. Through all of the hurdles she was kind and smiled while making it a painless process. Out of all the company’s I have used in the past for storage I have never met someone so willing to take charge and make sure I was happy before leaving. I would recommend them to anyone who ask.
