***We have to first compliment the office ladies. Amber and Debbie are very kind and friendly. The ONLY positive with this facility. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! Somehow this showed us giving this place a 5* review?? What a scam! We would NEVER have given them anything close. If we could give a zero rating we would! This place will send you non stop texts and emails, their agreements are as long as signing a mortgage and by signing this outrageously long contract you agree to allow this company to share your information with their subsidiaries! All of this just for renting a storage unit!

I’ve had a storage unit for almost 4 years with Morehead Climate Control. I’ve never had any issues at all! The grounds are kept clean and the storage facility is safe and secure. The times I’ve had to call the office the staff were very friendly and professional! I highly recommend Morehead Climate Control for storage.

I had posted originally stating that I had had quite a few issues with this business since first renting my unit from them a few days ago. Management has since reached out and resolved the issue and also will be returning my money to me. Through Communication from management the issue was easily resolved, and I will continue to do business with this company. At this time I would refer them to Friends and family as a place to do business with.

I wish I had done this a day ago because I forgot the lady's name that helped me. I was so busy with business on the phone that day. ...but she was a delight....Helped me clear up alot of things...and she was an excellent customer service person. I hope she sees this and claims this praise.

Excellent place to store your personal belongings! Very nice, clean and secure! The process was very easy and the staff were so helpful and accommodating!
