The customer service for this company is absolutely awful. They have no problem imposing rate increases and trying to add $12 for rental insurance that they cannot provide proof of to your bill. Since this storage location was sold to Forward, service is not a word in their vocabulary. I can barely get someone to.answer the phone and when they do I understanding English is a problem and RUDE except GAby. They do not return phone calls ever. They do not escalate to management when asked..just laugh. I've now made the same request 4-5 times. I strongly suggest that you seek storage unit elsewhere. I'm coming after some business practices that appears to discriminate against vulnerable customers. These people are not customer or consumer friendly. They want as much of your money as you will allow, send out vague unreadable notices on text and call that doing business. Too lazy to use email even when requested.There are much better locations with better customer service. Do yourself a favor!
Gaby was extremely helpful. She kept her cool when I got excited. She answered all my questions and resolved the problem I had. Gaby was very knowledgeable and I felt much better after talking to her. She also verified my info so I could use auto pay for future payments. Gaby is a definite asset to your company.
I had rented a storage unit from the previous owners and was concerned when I found out it was under new management. I first talked to Lisa to get the details about price, storage unit size, payment, etc. I like that they offer temperature controlled storage units . When I called to rent the unit I spoke with Gaby. Both were very helpful and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
This facility and the staff are absolutely great. Lisa just helped me close one of my 3 storage lockers I had there and even with some technical difficulties she made the experience easy. The facility is in a great location and is well maintained. I highly recommend this facility.
Gaby was great helping us pay our storage unit fee early for Sept. due to the holiday weekend coming up. She was very pleasant and respectful during our conversation.
