This company is a nightmare to deal with. They are totally all digital. No one answers phones and responds to any text. Unless you want to rent a unit. My story is this. We rented one unit and downsized to a smaller one. They asked for photos of the empty unit, I sent it to them. They continue to charge me for the bigger unit. Ive called for the last three months to get it corrected and it's a nightmare. Go somewhere that you can talk to someone local. I would never rent here again. Edit: After I wrote this review... After talking with the company who put me on hold for 59 min. They refunded me my money because I had insurance. Nowhere did they ask for a copy of my insurance the lease just says to have it. I would have gladly provided a copy when I signed my lease but they didn't ask for it. Diana was very nice and professional. But when I called back I couldn't get transferred to her and the line kept disconnecting.

Automatic gate works some of the time. I've been stuck outside without my code working. Gate is sometimes left open for weeks. I moved out, cleaned my space, sent pictures 3 times. I was still charged for the following month. I spoke with 3 different folks and still waiting for a refund (31 days later).

First of all the place is not secure they leave the door open for days on end open for anybody that wants to bring a truck in and steal stuff I'm not gonna mention which location but this is a terrible terrible storage facility I warn against anybody using this place
