Don’t rent from this company they are unprofessional,and unorganized to be running a company it was a total nightmare. I went to one location the person who gave me my information it’s new they told me sent me to the wrong location gave me the wrong address cause they have more than one company, and I was told by office stamp I was at the wrong location so I will be able to use the information that the first office staff gave me for the second location, which was miles away. It was a total nightmare. I get there with all of my things to put in storage and I can’t get in. I got through the gate with my code, but the code wouldn’t open the door. He gave me another code. It still wouldn’t open the door so I came miles away with my things going into two locations. A total nightmare don’t rent from them. They’re very unorganized and not professional at all

Ordered two storage units at the Rockingham facility on Fayetteville Rd. Wanted to get my units close as possible and change some information around, Angelique the store manager was able to help me out no problems. Great customer service and great facility. Would highly recommend

I had a storage unit before I went to college with Mrs. Crystal and I stopped by today because I will be heading back in August. Crystal’s customer service is so top notch. She is always up beat and never makes me feel like she doesn’t have time to help me. It was so busy and she treated all of us with kindness and although I was 3rd in line she made me feel so important. I did not mind waiting. Office is always clean and smells so good. Valley is my storage home that I will use for all my storage needs.

This woman is amazing we are out in the heat she brought us cold water and made sure we were okay. She has always gave me the greatest of Customer Service, the site is so clean inviting. I consider Crystal family not just my land lord.
