Tried to return a one way U-Haul during their posted hours. No one was there. I called the phone number and had to go through options to get to a human. The representative had to put me on hold to figure out what was going on. They then had me drive 30 mins to another location where they could accept the turn in even though when I rented the uhaul this was my designated drop off point. This is a big corporation that doesn’t care about customer service.
