We had a very disturbing experience. We were put into a smaller RV/Boat storage site than we contracted for, resulting in an overcharge of more than $400. They blamed it on information they said was provided by a previous owner - and would not make us whole on our overpayment via refund or price adjustment over time on a site that matched the price we'd been paying. Very sad that we couldn't work a compromise because the location was ideal and the facilities nice.

Michael CliffordIn my experience, could only rent for a year at a time; would've preferred a month-to-month arrangement. Spot was on level gravel and behind a secure fence. Wash bay is convenient for RVs and boats. Heard there will be upgraded video surveillance and security in the near future.
