Spoke to Nishanth of Go store it and he was able to reduce the rate to something I could accept. So the advice is to call Go store and if the rate is something that you’re not happy with Previous review follows Be aware rental rate almost *DOUBLED* after just a couple of months! The online application and contract process was very efficient and intuitive. Completed the process in about 15 minutes fully booked contract signed.

Katie at GO Store It!!! So very helpful-answered all our questions and went thru every detail so we could choose the best location for our needs. Literally wish we could take her to lunch. When people talk about good customer service and just being a good human they are talking about Katie. This is our 2 storage location with GO Store It and we will highly recommend to family and friends. Katie thank you!!

Very disappointed with this facility. Here is the actual pricing history for my 10×10 outdoor, unheated space: Feb 2024 (move in)– $68 June 2024 – $89 (+31%) Mar 2025 – $116 (+30%) Sept 2025 – $157 (+35%) Mar 2026 – $181 (+15%) That’s a 166% increase in about two years, now equal to roughly $21.72/sf/year — and this isn’t retail or conditioned space. Meanwhile, they advertise the same unit for $69/month with the first month free for new customers, while long-term tenants pay nearly triple. There is no staff on-site, and customer support is overseas, making issues difficult to resolve. I’ve owned businesses for 30 years and would never treat customers this way. Extremely short-sighted and customer-unfriendly pricing practices. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this to help others avoid the same experience.
