This is absolutely the best storage place in Wilmington friendly staff very easy to work with I'm just highly impressed and Becky they just don't make them like her anymore. Any amount of space that you need they can accommodate and give you a better rate.

Locked in rates for our small business at $150 a month. 6 months later they have raised our rates multiple times to $225 a month for a 10x10 climate controlled. Got a quote from pinnacle, less than a mile away, they advised me $122 a month for the same unit, $100 a month less. This company will say whatever they can to get you in the door then provide terrible service. The front gate has been broken and up for the last 5 visits i've made - not security and instead of giving a discount due to the lack of a gate, they increase our rates!! I called in to complain and they said they would take my rates back down..... I told them to keep the money as this is the last months rent they will get from me and I will advise all my business contacts in town not to work with Prime Storage. PS- if you need your stuff at night they charge you an extra fee for after hours access, which they "forgot" to put on my account so I was not able to access my gear for my first gig that we sold while storing here and consequently lost as much money as we have spent here due to a missed gig with no compensation from the company. Prime storage will take advantage of you. My unit is not even sealed, the top of it is open to all the other units as the wall is damaged and someone could climb up and over into ours. I hope this review saves someone else from the headache prime has caused my small business.

I wanted to thank the people who work at this storage unit, they made it easy and gave us a great unit close by and were very helpful with everything and Becky even made homemade chocolate chip cookies for Halloween! And Becky is sweet and very helpful, very welcoming, and The cookies were super tasty. very easy to work with and everyone is very welcoming
